RubyGems1.4.2のインストールがうまくいかない。

[root@localhost ruby-enterprise-1.8.7-2011.03]# gem update --system 1.4.2
Updating RubyGems
ERROR: While executing gem ... (RuntimeError)
No gem names are allowed with the --system option

とりあえず「gem update --system」で 1.8.5 に

[root@localhost ruby-enterprise-1.8.7-2011.03]# gem --version
1.8.5

手順とおりにしたけど、apache がうまくあがらん。
とりあえず、また暇なときに。
